Your stay includes your reserved room or bed for the full Base weekend, access to the villa’s shared living spaces, private pool and patio, resort amenities, and onsite support from your Villa Guardian. Additional travel services and festival-related add-ons may be available separately.

Private King rooms are priced per room for the full stay, not per person. B2B beds are priced per individual bed. Each listing will clearly show exactly what you're reserving before checkout.

Absolutely. EDCO Base was designed with solo travelers in mind. The B2B room allows you to reserve your own bed while sharing the Base experience with other EDC Orlando travelers.

Festival transportation is not automatically included with your stay. Guests may purchase official EDC Orlando shuttle passes or arrange their own transportation. UDE will share transportation guidance with confirmed guests as the weekend approaches.

No. Admission to EDC Orlando is separate from your EDCO Base reservation. Guests are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own valid festival ticket.

EDCO Base runs November 5–9, 2026. Exact check-in and check-out times will be provided to confirmed guests before arrival.

Yes — we’re all adults. 😎 An occasional visitor is fine as long as they’re respectful of the house and everyone staying there.What we don’t allow is an unregistered guest essentially becoming an additional occupant for the weekend. Visitors shouldn’t be staying multiple nights or using the house as their accommodations.

A $150 reservation payment is due at booking. Remaining payment amounts and due dates are shown during checkout and on your TravelJoy invoice.The initial $150 reservation payment is nonrefundable if you cancel. October 6, 2026 is UDE Hospitality’s accommodation decision deadline. If UDE Hospitality cancels EDCO Base before the applicable property-cancellation deadline, eligible accommodation payments will be refunded less any processing fees or costs already incurred on your behalf.Complete cancellation and payment terms are provided during checkout and must be accepted before booking.
